Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Who we are
BDH Workshops is run by BDH Collective Inc., a company based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. In these terms, “we”, “our” and “us” mean BDH Collective Inc., and “you” means the person using the site at bdhworkshops.com.
2. What we offer
We offer online workshops you watch on this site. Access is sold as a subscription. New workshops are added over time, and a plan includes the workshops covered by that plan.
3. Your account
You need an account to take the workshops. You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep your password private. One account is for one person. Please give accurate details when you sign up.
4. Plans, billing, and renewals
- Prices are shown on the site in US dollars.
- We offer monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans. We set the billing cycle for each plan, not the customer.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. By subscribing, you allow us to charge the payment method on file for each renewal.
- If a price changes, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
5. Cancelling your plan
You can cancel at any time from your account. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it stops. You keep access until that date.
We do not offer refunds. You are not charged again after you cancel, and there is no long contract to get out of.
6. If a payment fails
If a renewal payment does not go through, we may try again, and we may pause your access until the payment is made. If it stays unpaid, the plan may end.
7. What you can and cannot do
The workshops are for your own learning. You may not share your login, record or download the lessons to share them, or copy or resell any part of the content. Please do not misuse the site or try to break its security.
8. Who owns the content
The workshops, videos, text, and design are owned by BDH Collective Inc. or used with permission. Your plan gives you a personal right to watch them while your plan is active. It does not transfer any ownership to you.
9. Changes to the workshops
We may add, update, or remove workshops, and we may change how the site works. We do this to keep the content useful and current.
10. No guaranteed results
Our workshops are educational. We share what has worked for us, but every business is different, and we cannot promise a specific result, income, or outcome from taking them.
11. Our responsibility
We work to keep the site running and the content accurate, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using the site, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue came up.
12. Ending access
You can stop using the site and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or misuses the site.
13. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Quebec, in the district of Montreal.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If a change is important, we will give you reasonable notice.
